The current Workmerce release demonstrates a marketplace model. It is not an offer to sell, provider engagement, order confirmation, reservation, or service contract.
Illustrative commercial facts
Providers, names, logos, ratings, on-time performance, availability, prices, timelines, capacity, membership pricing, bundle savings, and provider counts are demonstration data unless explicitly marked verified in a future operational release.
Waitlists are not contracts
Completing a demo flow does not submit a request, charge a payment method, reserve capacity, join a waitlist, create an account, or apply to the provider network. The separate service-interest form at /waitlist does save a request with consent. It creates no purchase, contract or reservation. The provider form at /providers saves an expression of interest, not qualification, employment, a service contract or a guarantee of work. Compensation, any fees, milestones and payout conditions must be agreed in writing before work starts. No unpaid practical assessment is required by either waitlist.
Production contracts
Live marketplace terms must separately govern buyer obligations, provider obligations, scope versions, payments, evidence, acceptance, disputes, remediation, refunds, access, intellectual property, privacy, and termination before commerce activates.
